* Part - Boarding *
Equines can be double part boarded on property.
Part boards start at $125.00 a month + farrier.
What is Part - Boarding?
Rider Paying a small fee in comparison to owning & less responsibilities, having access to a particular equine outside of lessons, but must be in lessons to ensure safety & regularity of both equine & rider. Riders do have to pass a yearly PB test to ensure rider/equine safety.
- It's like owning a horse, but a whole lot less costly!
- Riding 1-3 times a week outside lessons. True progression starts here; Practice & time allows the rider to be more comfortable, familiar, balanced, fit, connected etc.
- Time away from busy day-to-day life enjoying nature.
- No horse usage fee at shows/clinics ever.
- Priority to use your partnered equine wherever possible in regular lessons or seen fit by coach etc.
- Facilitates the bond between horse & rider. The pair will build a connection & understanding of each other. This feeling is like nothing words can begin to describe; at this time, the riders abilities will improve drastically. A trusting partnership that creates that extra edge in the competition world & enjoyment in day-to-day riding alike.

Copper is a 14'2hh registered hunter type paint pony gelding. He has shown in the hunter ring O/F and in the Flats. He is all chromed out with a soft and flowing 'horse like' gate. He jumps fences cleanly and 99% get's his flying changes. He hacks out alone or in a group. DenMar has owned copper since he was a yearling.

RIDING SCHOOL HORSE: THE SMOOTH RIDE
Todd is a 15'2 hh 2012 palomino welsh/quarter horse gelding PACKER. He goes W/T/C in collection. He has an extremely balanced canter & is learning his flying changes. Todd is currently jumping 3'6 complex show jumping courses. He is not spooky at fences. Todd has shown up to .95 jumpers out of 22 horses taking home Champion with scope and pre-training Dressage. He has competed in two OHTA Events placing 2nd & 5th in addition to clinics with Kate Farrell, Ian Robets, Joyce Cameron, Sarah Irving, Kim Webber, Lindsey Beer etc. ON PROPERTY ONLY.

He goes W/T/C in frame and can jump 2'6-2'9 hunter/jumper and stadium courses with scope and has jumped higher. He is very smart, remembers everything taught to him. He is a very worthy All around show prospect for any discipline; would make an ideal eventer. Has been out on XC, schooling shows, showed hunters 2015, has been in multiple clinics and is currently schooled daily by an upper level eventer rider.

He has been in clinics and lessons with Anne Zander, Peter Grey, leslie Salia, Kate Farrel, Sarah Irving, Kim Weber, Sherrie Fraser and so many more over the years. 'Moon' is a 1996 old born on 2nd standing 13'3 POA gelding and the ULTIMATE PACKER. Moon is not your typical pony! Moon goes W/T/C in a snaffle or English hackamore, collects, leg yields etc. & can comfortably jump a 2'6-2'9 course in the show jumping ring or a 2'6 hunter course. Moon is beginner friendly, hacks out alone or in a group. He is looking for someone to love him, to adore him & spend quality time with him. Ri goes W/T/C & jumps a 2'3 course and has shown and been apart of dressage and show jumping clinic(s) alike. Although, Ri is a complete packer on & MOST HAPPY on hacks both on trail and on the road in a group or alone and NOT spooky. Go full out canter and come back to a halt and he'd just stand there! Ri will stand in the cross ties for hours on end to be groomed and is gentle to lead. He takes cookies in a way gentle. He loads and bathes well.

She is NOT a spooky type, has shown off property coming home with champion at her very first show in the green horse in 2018. She Hacks out anywhere and is quiet in a group. She comes running when called. Sauve was leased out to Dreamcrest's Riding School under Mr. Ian Roberts for 9 months and sadly due to COVID-19 had to come home, but was a 'Riding school favorite' of the students and coaches alike. Sauve is going to be one to beat as she ages and is always a steady ride with scope over fences!

She is fancy, all chromed out with a soft and flowing 'horse like' gate and smooth as can be with perfect transitions from halt to canter in a light soft frame. 99% of the time getting her auto flying changes with a square, tidy and clean jump. She frames up like a dream. She is a solid jumper to skinny's, turns... you name it. She is honest. She hacks out alone or in a group. Caroline is a 2005 model registered Irish thoroughbred mare standing 16'2 hh. She has been in professional training for the last 3 years and goes w/t/c in a soft light frame and jumps a 3'3 course with ease. She has one of the best canters you will ever ride! She has shown and won in Eventing (OE) & 3 yrs of Jumpers. She has taken the last two years top overall Jumper OTTB within the TIP program. She has also shown 3 years of jumpers, but also very much is a quiet steady eddy type ride with the most balanced collected canter. She will hack out anywhere in a group or alone on trails or down town! She jumps anything... the ultimate confidence builder with a big stride or a collected stride. Cyra has been lunged over a small fence once and had exceptional form, willingness and suspense in her jump. She has had a large amount of ground work done.
WE are looking for the ideal candidate that would like to put the work in 2 or more days a week to show Cyra in Dressage & possibly the Carrot & Stick series and to also just simply enjoy mostly paid for by the owners, Coach Emily & her Fiance, Josh Grant as they are busy. There are no plans on re-homing Cyra as she shows great potential to stay as a permanent member of their team of horses and one day possibly a competition horse if the fit is right. Riding School Horse: THE GENLTE ONE
Jenna is a 2005 unraced registered TB mare standing 17hh. She is a gentle quiet giant. She is a steady eddy with a very balanced and collected canter. She can be a somewhat more forward ride if asked or will plot around with a green rider is aboard. Jenna easily jumps a 2'6-2'9 course with MUCH ease however we now take it easier with Jenna. She has competed in Hunter & jumper on the trillium and A circuit. She has also evented in OHTA. Jenna's favorite thing is brushing & bathes. Always a pleasure to work with such a sweet and gentle horse. Jenna is looking for a special someone to love, fuss and adore her building a partnership.
